Idea Details:
Objective: The objective of this project is to help the uneducated and introverts by giving information and reduce traffic of account sector. Introduction: Robots are specialized according to the need of people. Whenever people get stuck, they always tend to invent something or try to modify the invention. In the last 2 years during the period of Covid-19, we faced some huge medical problems The main reason behind this is that people are reluctant to ask about their queries in fear of embarrassment. The fear of communication is seen everyday in hospitals. The crowd in front of hospital receptions show the fact that a piece of information becomes so important in those life and death situations. But are these vital pieces of information being delivered correctly on time? Even if accountants/receptionists are being most efficient, some details always seem to be left out. Consequently, the people also might fail to ask their particular question or feel reserved to say it out loud. Our bot has basically two motives to focus on. We are going to give information to the needy ones and take payment from patients by various method. Our Robot would be a easy-to-use machine where all the information regarding doctors available in individual sectors, appointment timing, chamber no., test areas, patients’payment history, etc. The most unique facility that this robot would provide is its ability to act as an emergency ATM. People in hospital have hard time arranging cash and also the accountants line are so long. So our bot will receive the payment via ATM card. Update & versions: the bot can be update more and more in future . it can be convert in medical assistant in future . Every version are made for different situation and cost management . Version 1 : version 1 is the bot design that we showed . this bot has the ability to give information and take money through ATM and Bkash or any other online method . this version for emergency gate . this version has no ability to move . Version 2 : version 2 is made for operation theater . it is a follower robot which is medical assistance for doctor . it will carry small equipment for surgery and receive and anylize the data and give doctor to situation . Version 3 : version 3 is focused on appointment patients . this bot is going to help people by giving the information of doctors . it includes doctors history , schedule , fees , and this can give you a appointment . it hasn’t the ability to move . Version 4 : version 4 is for the VIP patient . it is the best version I can think . it will follow the patient . anylize the data of patient and update it. It will be a medical assistant for patient. I can call the authority if any emergency situation happened. The situation that realize us why we need that Bot:- In 2021 my anty had emergency medical situation that lead us to Dhaka medical collage . there we faced a lot of problem for finding information . not only us almost every people faced some problem . every one asking to the guard or police for the information . many time they didn’t got the right information . that’s where we realize that we need some one who has every right information . an information bot is perfect for that area . After some month we found another problem in private hospital in emergency payment . then we thought why not we add a option of payment in our information bot . Working process : In bot head there will be a monitor with touch ability . the page will be arrange in tree structure . every page and word has their own sound which can be hear by speaker . there will be two language Bangla and English . there will be a button for start, an ATM card receiver, a QR code and a first aid box. the working procedure are give below : 1- Click start button. 2- Choose language.(Bangla/ English) 3- Select what you want ( hospital information/ find doctor / patient corner /emergency admit / atm) 4- Select the option you need or search by doctor name 5- The tree structure are given as pdf/jpg format Cost & apparatus:- 1- Raspberry pi 4B—24000 tk 2- Raspberry display-1200tk 3- lithium ion Battery- 4100 tk 4- Switches,Led indicating light ,Push pull switches ,Wires,buck converter, boost converter-700tk 5- Sensors 6- Speaker (small in size)- 1000tk 7- Memory card 64GB-1500tk 8- 12 volt charger-150tk 9- Wheel,Camera,ATM card receiver Version 1:- 35000tk (approximately) Version 2:- 35000tk (approximately) Version 3:- 32000tk (approximately) Version 4:- 40000tk(approximately) Conclusion: The main motive of this project is to reduce the crowd and pressure on the reception and accounts, this robot is designed to function accordingly. This bot presents with desired information to people in need and enables payment more easily. This machine can be operated by both uneducated and literate people. Various modifications can added for better and smooth service. This technology is the future in medical field. it can work for up to 20 hours on its own. Robots will never replace the human touch of caretakers and medical staff, but they can help reduce workload and make their work easier and efficient. Some hospitals do not have enough hands on deck to be able to keep up with the large influxes most healthcare facilities have been experiencing.It will be make sure patients and residents are getting immediate help. It can help redirect attention to those who would need special attention, and thus making staff’s use of their time more efficient.
