Eligibility and Rules:

  • The competition is open for all students in schools from class 6-10 in Bangladesh.
  • Under graduated students will be assigned as mentors in Divisional rounds and help participants in developing their prototype.
  • Participants may participate as an individual or as a team. If anyone is participating as a team, please note the following requirements:

    • A team can have no more than 3 members.
    • Each team must have a Team Name
    • Parents information is must
    • School Teachers can help students in their idea submission.

Competition Rules:

  • There will be 3 rounds of competition. There will be no registration fees.
  • In the first round, participants will be asked to submit an idea in any format (text, audio, video, poster) he/she likes.
  • Short listed participants from round 1 will attend the 2 days long divisional rounds.

    • On first day- Mentors will be assigned for each team and individual participants.
    This mentors will be from local universities of final year. As an example, in Chittagong round. Students from CUET, in Dhaka zone, students from BUET/AUST/BRAC will be assigned.
    • On second day- Each team and individual participants will prepare a presentation of their ideas with the help of assigned mentors and present it in front of honorable judges.

  • Best team and Top 2 participants will be selected from each divisional round.
  • Training session will be conducted for prototype development.
  • On final round- The Finalists will then present their idea with a working prototype in front of Main judges at the venue. This prototype will be developed with the help of assigned mentor under the supervision of CRID USA and ICT ministry officials.
  • Top 2 Teams and Top 2 individuals be announced as winner and they will receive a Prize money and certificate of Achievement from CRIDUSA & ICT.
